The Casa Museo Biblioteca Beethoveniana become social
To mark the launch of the “BEETHOVEN. ENERGY OF EUROPE” exhibition in Muggia, the Biblioteca Beethoveniana has inaugurated its Facebook and Instagram pages, with the primary goal of engaging with the local community.
For some time, the Casa Museo Biblioteca Beethoveniana in Muggia has sought to establish a social media presence, both to highlight its heritage through information, articles, and stories, and to strengthen its connections with the outside world, both near and far. In recent years, visits to the Carrino Collection have increased, not only from enthusiasts and scholars but also from groups, associations, and individuals from Italy and abroad. These interactions have gradually created a network of friends, which we now aim to enhance online.
With these goals in mind, the “BEETHOVEN. ENERGY OF EUROPE” exhibition provided the perfect opportunity to turn intentions into reality. With the collaboration of social media manager Francesca Zavino, the Biblioteca Beethoveniana has launched its new Facebook and Instagram pages, complementing the already well-established website curated by Primalinea and our YouTube channel.
This particular moment was chosen for the potential impact of the exhibition: not only as a predictable draw for Beethoven experts, who already recognize us worldwide, but also as an accessible experience for everyone, especially in our local area. It’s for anyone who appreciates Beauty and is intrigued by the fascinating curiosities related to the Beethoven Myth, which captivate a wide audience, including young people and children.
Through these new social media channels, we are committed to keeping our history alive, periodically sharing stories about some of the 11,500 objects in our Collection, documenting and sharing visits and events we host, and keeping you informed and engaged in new initiatives.
We look forward to seeing you on our social channels and – if you have the chance to visit Muggia – at our Biblioteca Beethoveniana.
